Viewing the Spam Report

You can see the spam report and how the e-mail appears with the content for an e-mail recipient merged into the the cell. The spam report is a summary Spam Assassin report. Messages with a score less than 5 are most likely to be judged as acceptable by most spam filters. If the message scores greater than 5, look at the itemized scores for ways to reduce the score of the message.

1. In the row for which you want to see the sample e-mail, click Preview or Wip.

   The spam report and sample e-mail appear in a separate window.

   

2. After reviewing the e-mail, click the browser's Close button.
