Using Quick Test Symbols

Quick Test symbols are very similar to Case symbols with respect to the Symbols tab. The difference is that the values substituted at merge time depend on TESTVERSION (the Quick Test version number), rather than a database column value.

For example, in the illustration below, CONTENT01, CONTENT02, and INTRO are Quick Test symbols.

The Quick Test symbol data types are available only when the cell has Quick Test enabled. See Conducting a Quick Test for more information.
