Preventing Sending e-mail to Undeliverable Addresses

You can specify whether to attempt to send e-mail to addresses marked as undeliverable.

• Suppress Undeliverable Addresses - Select Suppress Undeliverable Addresses for all normal promotional campaigns.
• Don't Suppress - There may be instances (for example, transactional messages) where you want to select Don't Suppress instead. This lets you retry delivery to previously undeliverable addresses. If you select Don't Suppress, e-mail addresses are included in eReports.

Note: All e-mail addresses to whom you attempt to send a cell are included in eReports.
