Setting Audience List Priority

Campaign Builder sends the cell to the audience lists in the order in which they appear in the right-hand pane. This sets the priority of the lists.

• Click to increase the priority of a list.
• Click to decrease the priority of a list.

In addition, use priority to:

• De-dupe (remove duplicate) recipients who are part of multiple audience lists
• Determine which audience list gets credit for a de-duped name (for reporting purposes)

For example, Ken@acme.com may be a member of both audience 1 and audience 2. If the audience 1 is given higher priority, Ken@acme.com only receives the e-mail once and is counted as a member of audience 1 for reporting purposes.
