Source
Initial number of e-mail addresses in the audience list. Typically, the data team has already removed certain types of invalid e-mail addresses, records with data that does not fit the column type restrictions in the client schema, and duplicate records; as a result, they are not be included in th Source number.
Include
Number of people included in the export file that e-Dialog attempts to mail to. Due to bad data and delivery issues, this might not be equivalent to the actual number mailed.
Unique CID
Number of unique CIDs across audiences. This number is only meaningful in the Total row, because it is different from the Include column only if there are CIDs that are found in multiple audiences within a given campaign.
Dupe
Number of duplicate records across audiences, plus records deduped by cell-level dedupe criteria, plus records eliminated by join conditions or WHERE criteria. This column can also include records that are in an existing audience list but not in the master database. If the dupe column contains negative numbers, the JOIN table may contain multiple records for a given CID; you need to add WHERE criteria to avoid getting multiple records for a CID.
Suppress
Suppression through suppression lists, cross-client global unsubs, cross-client global domain suppression and client domain suppression

Unsub
