Continue to run the top, free, and df utilities and watch them while your load scripts are running (as described in Monitoring System Resource Usage). You can do this on any or all nodes in the cluster. Make sure that the system is not swapping excessively (watch kswapd in top) or running out of swap space (watch for a large amount of used swap space in free).
Execute the remainder of the SQL fact table load scripts.
