You can base your site on one of many attractive templates, some completely free and some that require a small purchase price. This site is based on a free template with very little customization to demonstrate one what looks like. Paid templates require a modest one-time fee.
If you need a custom site design or logo, send me whatever information you can (description, sketches, and images). If necessary I'll subcontract the graphical design work.
Click here to see a complete and current list of available templates. The prices are shown in Euros. As of the last update to this site: 1 Euro equals $1.27.
All templates can have a horizontal or vertical main menu that allows visitors to easily navigate through the site. You can have a submenu, tabs (like the ones you see here), and links on any page, but only one site-wide main menu. There is no limit to the number of pages your site can have.

Site Hosting
All websites require a host. If you dont' already have an account with a hosting service, I'll set one up for you. There are many to choose from.
Free Hosting
If budget is a major concern you can choose one of many free hosting services. I've experimented with a few and there are none I recommend but I'll configure an account for you if it's what you need.
Paid Hosting
The greatest advantages of a paid site are reliability, speed, and support. If you want your site up and working smoothly 24 x 7, this is the way to go. There are services that provide exceptional value for the price. GoDaddy is the one I use for my own sites.
Domain Names
A domain name is an easily rememberable name for a set of Internet resources such as websites and email addresses. I will register any number of domain names for you using the service of your choice.
Having a domain name is a very important part of your online presence, particularly if you're a business. For example, you're probably familiar with "amazon.com". Suppose instead you had to type "hostingservice.com/amazon/"? Not very impressive.
Althout it's considered a universal symbol for "business" there's no need to have a "dot-com" domain name. There are now hundreds of available domain name extensions. Use your imagination.
You can use a domain name as your email address. See the next tab or Personal Domain Names for more information.
Email Configuration
If you have a registered domain name you can use it as an email address as well as a website address. I'll set the DNS (Distributed Name Services) MX record associated with your domain name to any* email service provider. It takes about 24-48 hours for the new email address to propagate across the world.
* I cannot guarantee that any particularemail service provider is compatible with your website's ability to send email. There are many quirky ones.
The content of your site will be clearly written and free of embarrassing spelling or grammatical errors. It's very important for first-time visitors get a good first impression of your site. I charge very little for professional-quality copy editing unless the source material is exceptionally unclear.
Graphics
Choose from more than 6,000 exclusive and royalty-free photos, buttons, graphics, and ready-to-use widgets. Here are a few examples.
If you need a custom logo, artwork, image, animation, or background, let me know what you need and I'll subcontract the work.
Optimization
Website promotion has become an industry of its own. SEO (search engine optimization) is the commonly used acronym for this service. I will make sure your site has all the technical requirements to be found by Web directories and search engines.
