SilverStream was a global provider of software and services that enabled businesses and other large organizations to create, deploy and manage software programs for intranets, extranets and the Internet. Products consisted of an application server, an integrated set of development tools, and enterprise data connectors. I wrote documentation for Silverstream's Web Services development platform, exteNd Director.

Novell, Inc. acquired SilverStream  in 2002. Novell was an American multinational software and services company headquartered in Provo, Utah. Novell was purchased as a wholly owned subsidiary by The Attachmate Group, which was acquired in 2014 by Micro Focus International, of which Novell is now a division.

Most of the eXtend Director documents were collaborative efforts published in HTML format only. This is an incomplete list of the sections and manuals I wrote from scratch. Because of the way the frameset was constructed, there are no cover pages to link to.
